Terms and Conditions

In order to use any of our Services you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card. By placing an order, you confirm that all details you provide are true and accurate, that you are over 18 years of age, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card, or the bank account holder in the case of payments made by balance transfer, used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds in the account to cover the cost of your order.

When processing payments via card links, we will use Stripe (a PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified platform), who will store, collect and process your payment details over SSAL (Secure Sockets Layer). When using Stripe, our servers will not have access to your payment information.

All items are sourced on demand. When placing an order with us you acknowledge and agree that:

  • all orders for products are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price by the Retailer

  • each Retailer has their own processing times, delivery methods and prices, and returns and refund policies. We shall endeavour to notify you of such information on any preliminary invoice or confirmation notification we send to you.

CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1. We cannot accept any returns or issue any refunds for any products you have ordered that are made-to-measure, made-to-order, or that have been customised to your specifications, or personalised, or explicitly described as ‘customised’, or cannot be returned for hygiene or personal health reasons (such as some items of lingerie, bikini bottoms), or items indicated as “final sale”, unless these are faulty at the time of delivery.
 

2. For all other non-bespoke products which are not made to order or personalised, returns and refunds will be at our discretion unless you have a statutory right to a refund, such as for customers in the UK and the European Union.

3. To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:

  • in 'as-new' condition

  • complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it and the original packaging.

  • returned within 14 days. 

  • The reason for item return is it being damaged, incorrect or faulty.

4. If you wish to cancel your order (and have a cancellation right) you must notify us within the relevant 14 day time period referred to above. To request a cancellation simply email us at cielbleulondon@gmail.com or send us a message on Whatsapp. The team will be in touch with the next steps. Please note all returns costs are covered by the client unless the items is incorrect or faulty. The same applies for all relevant personal shopping fees.
